Meet the team!

Kieran – Wellbeing Coach

Hi, my name is Kieran with a passion for helping the community regain mobility and improve their quality of life, I have always been interested in joint pain management and rehabilitation and started my career at Nuffield Health. Combining my clinical expertise with a compassionate approach, I work closely with individuals suffering from arthritis, sports injuries, and post-surgical joint pain to develop personalised treatment plans that promote long-term healing and pain relief. With this experience, I am excited to support the participants of the Healthy Worcestershire Groups in achieving their wellness goals.

Jess – Project Co-Ordinator

I’m Jessica DePlasco, originally from Tampa, Florida but have been living in the UK for the past 14 years. I have a strong background in project management and am a certified nutritionist with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. As a mom of two boys, I have learned the importance of balance and staying organised in both my personal and professional life. I am also a “dog mom” to our springer spaniel Charlie  who brings energy and joy into our home.

In my free time, I love to hike with friend sand family. Being outdoors and staying active is a big part of my life and helps me to maintain a positive mindset and a healthy lifestyle. I truly believe in the power of good nutrition and regular exercise to promote overall well-being and happiness. I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and experiences with others to help them on their own journey to better health.

Spencer – Wellbeing Coach

Hi, I am Spencer, and proud to be a Wellbeing Coach for Healthy Worcestershire. I was brought onboard for this exciting new project, as I am enthusiastic about community building, movement for improvement, hearing and sharing stories of people’s lives. I have had the privilege to teach and lead health and wellbeing classes and seminars whilst travelling the world on cruise ships.

For 10 years I ran my own business called “faith within fitness”. The ethos and Values run side by side with Healthy Worcestershire. The ethos to my fitness community was, “Be Inspired, Transform, Inspire Others,”  which I still believe and live that ethos today.

I am a family man, married and have a young son. Our family time is spent looking for adventures daily, running, playing on parks (even adults need to play!) and having picnics. My personal time is reading for personal growth, and chilling in my ice plunge every day.

Martyna – Project Support Officer

I’m a Project Support Officer for the Healthy Worcestershire Project. I have a great passion for all things wellbeing and fitness; my background is in nutrition – I completed a Human Nutrition degree at the University of Worcester. Outside of work I’m a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady and a lover of a good cup of coffee. BSc (Hons) Human Nutrition (University of Worcester) and Registered Associate Nutritionist (Association for Nutrition).

What I love most about being part of the Healthy Worcestershire Programme is seeing people becoming healthier and happier week by week. I love meeting new people and getting to know their stories and supporting them through their journey with the Healthy Worcestershire Programme. I also love our team and the collaborative spirit and shared values. It’s truly rewarding to work alongside such talented individuals who inspire me to grow both personally and professionally every day.
